Delaware native Bill Taylor returned to his home state with the goal of bringing the Queen Theater back to life. Now Taylor, executive director of the Light Up The Queen Foundation, can see the the finish line. The Queen is slated to reopen as World Cafe Live at the Queen April 1. DFM News’ Tom Byrne sat down with Taylor to talk about the final preparations, the road to reviving the Queen and his expectations once it opens.
